More than 72 hours before the workshop: 80% of the fee will be refundable.

Less than 72 hours before the workshop: 50% of the fee will be refundable.

Less than 24 hours before the workshop: 10% of the fee will be refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the cancellation request is approved.
