8. Orders, Cancellations & Refunds

Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect upon receipt, customers should notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or collection.
Where a return is requested for inspection, the product should, where reasonably possible, be accompanied by:

- Original packaging and documentation, where reasonably available.

Order Cancellation Charges
Where Ban Soon Sewing Machine Pte. Ltd. agrees to a cancellation of a fully paid order that is not defective, a cancellation and administrative charge of 30% of the total order value may apply.
Where a refund has been approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method within approximately 7 working days, subject to the processing time of the relevant bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any applicable banking charges, payment gateway fees, telegraphic transfer charges, currency conversion fees, or other transaction-related charges may be borne by the customer.
