Poly 40 vs Poly 60: Choosing Thread for Small Lettering
The supplied product information notes that Poly 60 has a smaller thread diameter than Poly 40. A finer thread may help produce clearer definition when stitching very small lettering, particularly alphabet heights below 5 mm.
If your embroidery design contains tiny text or fine details, consider the thread size, digitising quality, fabric, stabiliser and machine settings together. Test-stitching is recommended before production.
Care Instructions
- Machine wash on a normal cycle using warm water.
- Tumble dry on a medium setting.
- Iron at medium heat where appropriate for the finished textile.
