What size is best for my Sewing Machine?
1) Easy to use, default sizes with the new sewing machine, uses Size 13 to 14
2) Want a less obvious needle penetration hole on you fabric? Use Size: 10 to 12
3) Best fit sizes to stitch on Light weight fabrics, Inner Lining, Silk or #40 to #45 Yarn Count fabric? Use Size 8 to 9.
4) Best fit sizes to stitch on Denims Heavy weight fabrics, Jeans, Canvas or Calico? Use Size 13 to 16.

5) To have a beautiful stitch appearance on Jeans or Bags, sewing with a Thick Thread. Use Size 14 to 18

For a light weight or light duty sewing machine model: JA1450NT
1) Stay within Size 8 to 14.
2) Use Microtex Needle to reduce the penetrating force needed for all the sewing.

Fabric Use

Numerous woven and knits. A great general purpose needle.

A sewing machine needle can have a life expectancy of one minute to one month and this really depends on the usage and the operator. It is recommended to insert a new needle at the start of every project, or after about eight hours of sewing. Also, be sure to change your needle whenever it becomes bent, dull or develops a burr.

Damaged or worn needles will result in broken or shredded threads.
