New Oil Shielding System
The JUKI DDL-900B incorporates a newly developed Oil Shielding System designed to help prevent oil stains on finished sewing products. The needle bar is lubricated with a smaller quantity of oil compared with conventional designs.
External oil splashes are also controlled through the newly developed frame oil recovery mechanism and automatic oil circulation mechanism. This structure contributes to clean sewing, reliable operation and high productivity at sewing speeds of up to 5,000 stitches/minute.
Dry Oil Pan System
The DDL-900B features a dry oil pan mechanism that helps minimize the possibility of oil staining on garments and other sewing products. The design also improves machine workability and maintainability, making it suitable for professional production environments.
Automatic Thread Trimmer
The built-in automatic thread trimmer improves production efficiency by automatically trimming the thread at the end of the sewing operation. This reduces manual thread-cutting work and helps maintain a clean and consistent sewing workflow.
