Gunold Twilly Soft Black 61005 – Embroidery Tackle Twill Fabric 40cm
Gunold Twilly™ Soft is a high-quality tackle twill fabric designed specifically for embroidery applications such as badges, emblems, labels, patches, appliqué, and monograms. Its tightly woven construction provides excellent stability and produces clean, sharp embroidery details.
Twilly™ is made from a 28% cotton and 72% polyester blend with a permanent non-woven coating. This construction gives the fabric a stable yet flexible surface that is suitable for direct embroidery and a variety of appliqué applications.
The fabric can be embroidered directly using GUNOLD POLY 40 embroidery thread without requiring additional backing for suitable applications. It can also be applied to garments and other materials using appropriate adhesive products.
Twilly™ can be easily cut with scissors or a laser cutter, making it convenient for producing custom shapes, badges, patches, and appliqué designs.
